The Designer
Awakened by Synchronicity

Christina Grace is an artist and designer specializing in handcrafted contemporary fine jewelry. Her earlier career in the fine arts spanned painting and acting, until a chance encounter with a metalsmith in 2011 introduced her to wire-wrapping. In that moment, jewelry became both a medium of creation and a path to healing — a discovery that revealed her potential as a jewelry artist and set her on a transformative journey.
In 2016, Christina founded TIN HAUS, marking the grassroots beginning of her eponymous brand. At the same time, she returned to college to deepen her foundation in the fine arts, honing her technical and conceptual skills. Her dedication and precise, visionary designs earned her a scholarship to the Gemological Institute of America, where she completed the Graduate Jeweler (GIA GJ) program.
Christina’s work blends artistry with purpose and has garnered recognition from both media and notable figures, including Jane Sanders, wife of presidential candidate Bernie Sanders. Her designs have been featured in Vogue, Vanity Fair, and Tatler, and her worlds of acting and jewelry intersected when she became the official jeweler for the Make A Film Foundation (MAFF). Among her contributions, she created sterling silver pendants for the cast and crew of "The Black Ghiandola," a MAFF-supported film starring Johnny Depp, J.K. Simmons, David Lynch, and Laura Dern — including directors Catherine Hardwicke, Theodore Melfi, and Sam Raimi — as tokens of gratitude for their time and artistry.
Through this journey, Christina has learned to align opportunities with intention. Her evolving practice reflects not only her growth as a creative entrepreneur but also her pursuit of living fully as a multi-dimensional spiritual being navigating the human experience.
Awarded the 15th Annual Halstead Grant in 2020, Christina Grace emerged as one of the nation’s most promising voices in contemporary jewelry. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art with an emphasis in Jewelry and Metalsmithing, along with a Minor in Marketing, from California State University, Long Beach.
In 2026, she was selected to receive a full, merit-based scholarship to attend the Gemological Institute of America, where she is completing the Jewelry Design & Technology (GIA JDT) program — deepening her technical precision while continuing to evolve her artistic language.

Artist Statement
Creation begins in the silent space between thoughts — where spirit rises and the unconscious reveals itself. My work is a reflection of that communion: a dance between intuition and form, stillness and movement, the seen and the unseen.
TIN HAUS was founded in 2016 from a desire to serve through contemporary fine jewelry. The name derives from a childhood nickname, “Tin,” symbolizing a state of consciousness unbound by time — a refuge for contemplation, awareness, and art. TIN HAUS exists as both a sanctuary and an offering.
Rooted in abstraction, nature, ancient civilizations, social consciousness, and the quiet strength of everyday people, each design embodies a bold yet minimal language. Every piece is meticulously handcrafted using responsibly sourced and sustainable materials, honoring traditional metalsmithing techniques while embracing modern form.
The intention is to create wearable art that becomes a vessel for self-expression — jewelry that carries meaning, invites presence, and endures.
With gratitude for the opportunity to create, TIN HAUS remains committed to contributing beyond adornment. A portion of proceeds supports organizations dedicated to improving lives and protecting our environment.
