*Our schedule for custom orders gets fully booked quickly. Because of this, we will select only 2-3 customs per season to make room for design and new collection launches. Get on the wait list before it closes, by submitting the custom jewelry request form, below. We will schedule you in the order received.

The Custom Jewelry Process
Custom jewelry is an exciting process and we can't wait to make your heirloom quality piece of TIN HAUS jewelry! All jewelry is proudly and meticulously created by hand using traditional and modern fabrication techniques. Ultimately, resulting in an exclusive, one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry you will love forever.
With sustainability in mind, TIN HAUS jewelry is constructed using recycled solid silver and gold with responsibly sourced gemstones. Not only that, through our Upcycled Jewelry Initiative, we can give your old jewelry new life by melting them down into a new custom piece. Here is a glimpse of our custom orders process:
Step 1: After submitting the online custom jewelry request form (below), we will email you our customs contract which will outline the cost of our custom jewelry service with additional information about our process. If you want to move forward with our services, we will begin our communication during your scheduled date which will involve several emails discussing the inspiration for your piece, size, and materials (precious metals, stones, etc.).
Step 2: Once we have a clear understanding of your vision from our email correspondences and you sign our custom jewelry contract, a 50% deposit is required. This fee is non-refundable and it will be counted towards the final cost of your custom jewelry. Thereafter, we begin production which will be a 6-8 week process - at times, longer - depending on the complexity of the piece. Once your jewelry is ready, we will send you an email with a link to a page on our website to pay for the remaining balance.
